No, while a membership offers the best value and unlimited access to many of our wellness services, you can also purchase individual classes and wellness sessions. Practitioner services, such as acupuncture or reflexology, are booked directly with the provider and are open to both members and non-members.

Please note: Any membership purchases that are made prior to the studio opening, will be charged as follows: an initial payment of a prorated monthly amount (plus any discount code used) will be charged at the time of purchase. After that, all payments will be paused until the 1st of the second month we are in business. At that time, regular recurring monthly payments will begin.

You can easily book classes and wellness modalities through our online scheduling system or mobile app. Access that here! Yes! We offer drop-in rates for classes and wellness modalities so you can experience Health House before deciding on a membership. Additionally, we periodically offer guest passes, trial memberships, and promotional events—keep an eye on our social media (follow us on IG!) and sign up for our email list for special offers.

For classes, we recommend comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one (though we have extras available). If you’re using a wellness modality like the sauna or cold plunge, bring a towel and a change of clothes if needed. Our front desk team can provide guidance on anything else you may need for your visit.

Each wellness modality offers unique benefits, from reducing inflammation and improving circulation to promoting relaxation and recovery. For example, red light therapy supports skin health and cellular repair, while cold plunges help with muscle recovery and resilience. All services/classes must be booked in advance through our website, app or by phone. Availability of services is subject to change based on demands and scheduling. Walk ins welcome!

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged half service fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

Additionally, complimentary parking is available on-site, making it easy to stop by before or after work, or between errands.

Some modalities, like cold plunges or saunas, may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, such as heart issues or pregnancy. Because the Rolesville and North Raleigh locations are such different models, at this time there is not reciprocity between the two locations.

The Rolesville location has exercise classes, wellness modalities, and practitioners. The North Raleigh location has practitioners and some wellness modalities, used mainly as supplements to the care regimen recommended by practitioners at that location.

Currently, day passes can be purchased for $40 to access the wellness modalities at the North Raleigh location; however, if this changes, we will be sure to notify current Rolesville members!

Absolutely! We specifically block off Saturdays from 3pm-8pm for event rentals; however, if you have an alternative time you would like to rent the space, please email us at hello@healthhousenc.com.
