Rolesville · Recovery Modalities

Recovery modalities, explained simply

No jargon, no guesswork — what each modality does, how long a session takes, and why it's worth building into your week.

Infrared Sauna

Dry, radiant heat in a cedar cabin — gentler than a traditional steam sauna and easy to sit in for a full session. Most members pair it with the cold plunge for contrast, or use it to wind down after a class.

Contrast Therapy & Cold Plunge

Hot to cold and back again: sauna, then the plunge, repeated. The contrast is the point, and staff will walk you through the timings the first time so you are not guessing.

Salt Booth

Sit back and breathe in micro-fine dry salt. Halotherapy is a quiet, low-effort session — many members pair it with meditation or use it as a post-class wind-down.

Red Light Therapy

Lie down under a full panel of red and near-infrared light. Bring headphones — it is twenty quiet minutes, and the room is set up for exactly that.

Vitamin C Shower

A filtered shower that removes chlorine from the water. Rinse off after the sauna, the plunge or a class — it is there whenever you are in the studio.

Oxygen Bar

Settle into a recliner in the lounge with a light cannula and aromatised oxygen. It is the most social corner of the studio, and it pairs with almost everything else on this page.

Sound Bed

Low-frequency sound you feel as much as hear, through a bed built to carry vibration. Booked sessions are also available with a Reiki practitioner.

Hybrid Bed

A combined bed running red light and UV together in one session. Staff will set the time for you and talk through eye protection before your first visit.

Session: By session

Tanning Bed

A standard tanning bed, available to members and on a day pass. Eye protection is provided and required.

Vibration Plates

Stand, stretch or hold a position on a plate that vibrates underneath you. Short sessions, and an easy thing to add either side of a class.

Rebounders

Small individual trampolines, used for light bouncing rather than jumping. Low impact, and a favourite warm-up before the recovery lounge.

Inversion Tables

A padded table that tilts you back past horizontal, held at the ankles. Start shallow; the staff will show you how to set the angle.

Peptides

Peptide therapy at Health House starts with a 30-minute consultation with Lori, a certified peptide consultant, who will go through your goals with you. It is arranged with your practitioner rather than booked off a shelf.

How access works

Membership

$99 a month covers every modality on this page and every class on the schedule, with no session cap. It runs on a 12-month term.

Shorter terms

The same unlimited access on a 3-month term at $139 a month, or month to month at $159. Add a family member to any membership for $20.

Drop in

One modality session is $18, as is a single class. A day pass at $38 gives you the run of the studio for the day.

Booked separately

Alongside the studio, a group of independent practitioners work out of Health House Rolesville. These are booked and paid separately from your membership:

  • Lymphatic drainage facials — our esthetician's specialty: regenerative facial work that supports circulation and natural drainage, not just surface treatment.
  • Therapeutic massage — deep, intentional bodywork with our massage therapist.
  • Nutritionist — food and supplementation, worked out around how you actually eat.
  • Health coach — someone to hold the plan with you between appointments.
  • Strength therapist — strength work built around a specific limitation or goal.
  • Doctor of physical therapy — assessment and rehabilitation on site.
  • Cosmetic teeth whitening — a single sitting, in the studio.
  • Spray tan — by appointment.
