The Collaborative is a group of independent practitioners under one roof. Each one sets their own fees and sees you directly — there is nothing to join and nothing to buy from us first.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them involve a contract.
Start with a consult
A $25 wellness consult, 30 minutes, to work out what you actually need and who under this roof is the right person for it.
Meet your practitioner
Chiropractic, physical therapy, hormone health, nutrition, aesthetics, primary care and more. You see them directly, on their own schedule.
Pay them, not us
Each practitioner sets and takes their own fees, and will tell you what a visit costs before you book. Nothing is bundled, and there is no membership.
