Align and Define
Taught by Suzanne Bestafka

Barre Belle
Taught by Rachel Howland
Low impact doesn’t mean low intensity.
Barre Belle is a dynamic class that combines ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and yoga to sculpt and tone your body from head to toe. With a barre for support and a focus on small, controlled movements, you’ll activate the arms, core, glutes, and legs in every session.
This signature class is led by our very own Rachel Howland, who also serves as the team lead for all Health House instructors. Rachel brings a spark to every session and ensures you walk away feeling strong, grounded, and glowing.
Barre Former
Taught by Melissa Haidet
Sculpt meets circuit in this powerhouse fusion.
Barre Former is our high-intensity signature class that brings together the strength of reformer Pilates and the control of Barre—all packed into a fast-paced, 50-minute circuit.
You’ll rotate through barre and reformer stations in 90-second intervals, targeting every muscle group with precision and intensity. Expect to shake, sweat, and sculpt in a format that challenges your stamina and rewards your discipline.
Led by the phenomenal Melissa Haidet, a certified barre, mat Pilates, reformer, and dance fitness instructor, Barre Former delivers a smart, efficient workout for those ready to level up.
