I’ve been a practicing therapist for over 30 years. Along the way, I’ve trained in both conventional therapies gaining substantial rehab skills in Orthopedics and Neuro-Muscular treatment to name a few, as well as, a variety of alternative healing modalities, including Bio-dynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation Therapy. My approach combines hands-on technique with a deep, focused presence — listening to the body to discover where attention is most needed, allowing your body to do its own natural work of healing.
