Starting something new doesn’t have to be intimidating.

Here are a few ways to prepare for your first visit to Health House:

  1. Take a look at our class options and wellness modalities to see what you might like to try.

  2. If you’re taking a class, wear athletic clothing in which you are comfortable. Don’t worry if you need to change; we have lockers and a shower for you to use!

  3. Arrive about 15 minutes prior to your first class. This way we can get you checked in and give you a quick tour of the facilities so you feel right at home!

  • Yes! We offer drop-in rates for classes and wellness modalities so you can experience Health House before deciding on a membership. Additionally, we periodically offer guest passes, trial memberships, and promotional events—keep an eye on our social media (follow us on IG!) and sign up for our email list for special offers.

  • Health House is a holistic wellness studio offering a unique blend of movement classes, advanced wellness modalities, and practitioner-led services—all under one roof. Unlike traditional gyms that focus on high-intensity workouts or wellness studios that specialize in just one area, we provide a comprehensive approach to mind, body, and spirit well-being. Our space is designed for those looking to enhance their health through intentional movement, recovery, and holistic treatments.

  • For classes, we recommend comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one (though we have extras available). If you’re using a wellness modality like the sauna or cold plunge, bring a towel and a change of clothes if needed. Our front desk team can provide guidance on anything else you may need for your visit.

  • You can easily book classes and wellness modalities through our online scheduling system or mobile app. Access that here! Practitioner appointments are made directly with the provider, and we provide their scheduling details on the Practitioner page of our website.   • All services/classes must be booked in advance through our website, app or by phone. Availability of services is subject to change based on demands and scheduling. Walk ins welcome!

    Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged half service fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

  • Yes! We have fully equipped changing rooms, showers, and lockers for your convenience. Complimentary parking is available on-site, making it easy to stop by before or after work, or between errands.
