Lori Webb

Co-Founder | Pilates Instructor

  • Lori is a passionate entrepreneur who is heavily invested in the local community through her real estate brokerage, Property Specific. After being diagnosed with dysautonomia, myalgic encephalomyelitis, and hEDS, she navigated an overwhelming amount of doctor appointments leaving her feeling like there had to be a better way. This led to partnering with Emily to bring Health House to life to bring the Raleigh area an all-in-one holistic wellness oasis.

Maria Kordit

Dance Instructor

  • Maria is a trained Ballroom Dancesport athlete and artist, specializing in Standard, Latin, and Club dance styles. She began her training at age 9, but at 18, she chose to focus on academics, pursuing a career in public health and technology. However, dance never left her side—she continues to teach and perform to this day.

    No stranger to the world of Dancesport (yes, she knows a few from Dancing with the Stars), Maria has trained with some of the top dancers in the world. Her teaching approach is dynamic, tailored to each student's comfort and learning style, and grounded in a deep understanding of movement.

    Maria has witnessed firsthand how dance transforms lives—helping couples bond, empowering individuals to build confidence, and even aiding in the management of conditions like Parkinson’s and depression.

Marnie Blum

Sound Bath

  • Marnie is a truth-seeker, system breaker, and energy channeler. She approaches healing and coaching in a completely unconventional, box-free way. Labels don’t fit—so she goes with: “Does Epic Shit.”

Rachel Howland

Barre Instructor | Exercise Team Lead

  • Rachel Howland is the team lead of all our instructors, and she is an instructor herself!

    Rachel discovered barre in 2012 and instantly fell in love with its unique blend of strength and grace, inspiring her to become an instructor. As a dedicated mother of three children--ages 4, 8, and 10--she balances family life with her passion for fitness. With a background in elementary education, Rachel found that her love for teaching extended seamlessly to guiding adults. She is thrilled to join the Health House community and looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm for barre with her clients!

  • Kandice is a Rolesville native who has spent the last couple of years working to refine her teaching style. Her grounding and humorous approach to yoga will leave students feeling relaxed.

    When she's not teaching yoga, you can find her cuddling with one of her four animals (a corgi and three cats) or reading a good book.

Jana Davis

    Over 18 years of experience in Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar-inspired yoga, Restorative yoga, Thai yoga bodywork. Gene Keys guide and a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.

Michael Jore

Breathwork Instructor

  • Michael Jorge is the founder of TrueBreathing, a breathwork system born from over 25 years of training in Eastern internal arts, ranging from Taoist internal alchemy to Tibetan yogic practices, and the Buteyko Method, and refined through his own recovery from severe chronic Lyme disease.

    Michael also teaches meditation, dream yoga, Qigong, and I Ching divination, synthesizing Jungian and Buddhist psychology to guide students into contact with their inner physician and inner teacher, supporting deep transformation from the inside out.

  • Rachel is a dedicated fitness professional with a deep passion for empowering others to live their best life through movement, awareness, and connection. With multiple certifications in movement disciplines, she specializes in helping individuals and groups build strong foundations through breath, alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance—both physically and mentally.

    Her journey began in childhood, working out beside her mom to Jane Fonda tapes—planting the seeds for a lifelong love of fitness. Since 2006, she has been teaching a variety of classes including Pilates, yoga, strength training, TRX, and stretch, as well as offering personal training sessions tailored to meet clients where they are.

    At the core of her approach is the belief that everything starts with breath. It’s the gateway to your core and the source of movement and stability. She is especially passionate about helping people experience those “light bulb” moments when mind and body connect, and things just click.

    She would be honored to have the opportunity to connect with you—whether you’re beginning your fitness journey or looking to deepen your practice. Let’s build a strong foundation together.

    Passionate about guiding others along their wellness journeys, Lauren weaves yoga, mindful practices, and soulful coaching into every retreat she curates. Her mission is to empower people to step into their fullest potential with confidence, clarity, and compassion—helping them uncover what is truly possible for their lives.

    Beyond retreats, Lauren is a respected leader in the wellness community. She partners with local businesses, including her role as a Lululemon ambassador, to bring impactful events and workshops to a wider audience. Whether in the studio, on a retreat, or through one-on-one mentoring, Lauren is deeply committed to nurturing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those she serves.

    Looking ahead, Lauren envisions expanding Health House retreats to new global destinations, creating transformative experiences where travel, wellness, and community intersect. Her guiding belief is simple yet profound: change the world by empowering one person at a time.

Lori Tyman

Thai Therapy & Fascia Instructor

  • She obtained her massage license in 2014 and worked part time since she was still full-time with a corporate job. 2021 was the year she took the plunge into full-time massage therapy and she’s never been happier! Thai massage is her most favorite modality that she have been blessed to practice and offer for almost four years now.

    Thai massage is a sacred practice of a healing art using acupressure, muscle compression, joint mobilization, and passive stretching.

  • Melissa has been passionate about fitness for as long as she can remember.  She discovered reformer Pilates 7 years ago and fell in LOVE!   She’s been certified to teach barre, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and hip hop dance fitness. 

    Melissa will be teaching modern reformer Pilates and barreformer fusion classes at Health House!

With a background in strength, training and yoga, she creates classes that are both empowering and grounding.

    Suzanne is committed to helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence on and off the mat.

    She is a certified personal trainer with a private studio, a Master Nutrition coach, and she runs outdoor bootcamps. 

    Her training motto has always been to focus on what you CAN do, not what you can't do.  Her goal is to encourage everyone to move their bodies daily to improve your vitality and longevity.
