I’ve been teaching yoga for over six years, and what I love most is helping people connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and find balance in everyday life. Yoga, for me, is a way to bring more clarity, ease, and joy into each day—and I love sharing that experience with others. My background and knowledge as an integrative health coach allows me to blend movement with holistic wellness, creating a practice that nourishes both body and mind. Every class is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
