You don’t need fancy equipment, an entire afternoon, or a private studio to feel better in your body and calmer in your mind.
In fact, with just 15 minutes—yes, even in between meetings or while dinner’s in the oven—you can fit in a quick wellness break that helps you reset, recharge, and get back to your day with more focus and less stress.
Here are some of our favorite anywhere, anytime wellness breaks to carry you through until we welcome you to Health House in person.
1. The Mini Meditation
Find a quiet corner (or close your office door), set a timer for 5–10 minutes, and simply breathe. Try inhaling for a count of four, holding for a count of four, and exhaling for a count of six. You’ll feel your shoulders drop, your heart rate slow, and your mind unclench.
Bonus: If you can, step outside. A dose of fresh air and natural light boosts your mood and helps regulate your circadian rhythm.
2. Stretch at Your Station
